- Can I return or exchange an item?
- Academy Thread will honor returns and exchanges up to 30 days after the original purchase dates. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with the tag still attached.
To return an item: please mail the item back to us with your receipt, email address, name and contact phone number.
To exchange: Please mail the item(s) back to us with a note detailing which size(s) you would like to exchange your item for, along with a $5 re-shipping fee. If you’d rather pay this fee online, please contact us at customerservice@academythread.com
